Our pergola sun shades feature adjustable screens for sun protection and privacy, while blocking gentle breezes, light rain and mosquitoes. Made from durable polyester mesh (0.65mm ±5% thickness, 10% open weave) with a powder-coated aluminium frame for easy assembly.

  • Non-Metro and Interstate Areas: If you are in WA, TAS, NT, or the regional and rural areas of the other states, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order.

  • Delivery Details: Deliveries are made to the curbside of your house or to your building's loading dock if located in a multi-story building. Please note that deliveries to underground car parks are not possible due to truck accessibility limitations. Your assistance is required to help the delivery driver unload the items, and your signature will be required upon receipt. Note: Authority to Leave (ATL) is not available.

  • Damage Upon Arrival: If the products are damaged upon arrival, please inform the delivery driver immediately and email us within 2 days of receiving your item with photos that clearly show the product's damage and any damage to the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement and pick up the damaged item for a damage assessment.

  • Pick-Up Option: We offer free pick-up for all products from our store in Melbourne. You may also choose to arrange your shipping by selecting the pick-up option at checkout.

Your Pergola comes with different levels of warranty coverage to ensure long-term satisfaction:

  • 10-Year Coverage: Applies to the primary structure of the Pergola (such as columns, base plate, beams)
  • 5-Year Coverage: Reserved for mobile elements like opening and closing mechanisms. (such as screws, Louvers, Hand crank and mechanism)
  • 2-Year Coverage: Pertains to accessories and electrical components.
