Our Pergola Kit includes a sturdy aluminium frame and polycarbonate sheet roofing, complete with guttering, downpipes, rubber seals, and all necessary fixtures for easy installation.

• Melbourne Metro Same-Day Shipping Option: If you are in the Melbourne metro area, we offer local delivery that is faster and cheaper than standard shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

• Delivery Details: Deliveries are made to the curbside of your house or to your building's loading dock if located in a multi-story building. Please note that deliveries to underground car parks are not possible due to truck accessibility limitations. Your assistance is required to help the delivery driver unload the items, and your signature will be required upon receipt. Note: Authority to Leave (ATL) is not available.
  
  
• Damage Upon Arrival: If the products are damaged upon arrival, please inform the delivery driver immediately and email us within 2 days of receiving your item with photos that clearly show the product's damage and any damage to the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement and pick up the damaged item for a damage assessment.

• Pick-Up Option: We offer free pick-up for all products from our warehouse in Melbourne. You may also choose to arrange your shipping by selecting the pick-up option at checkout.

Once the payment is confirmed, your order cannot be canceled and refunded.

However, if the order has not been dispatched when we receive your request, we will void your order and issue a refund for 98% of the total order amount to your original payment method. The remaining 2% is withheld to cover the non-refundable transaction fees charged by the Shopify platform.

If the order has been dispatched, you may return the item to us within 7 working days (starting from the first day you receive the item) to receive a full refund of the order amount, minus a Restocking Fee to cover our reasonable costs directly arising from the transaction. The Restocking Fee is 10% of the product price (excluding delivery charges) and is intended to cover:
(i) the loss in value of the Product between the date of your transaction and the date of cancellation;
(ii) our reasonable costs incurred in storing and insuring the Product while the agreement was in force;
(iii) our reasonable administration costs in relation to your transaction.

• 10-Year Coverage: Applies to the primary structure of the Pergola (such as columns, base plate, beams)
• 5-Year Coverage: Reserved for mobile elements like opening and closing mechanisms. (such as screws, Louvers, Hand crank and mechanism)
• 2-Year Coverage: Pertains to accessories and electrical components.
